EJACE's mission is to ensure a just, equitable, and inclusive school culture by helping administrators, staff, and students identify and develop mission and vision, values, people, practices, place and narrative that will eliminate the negative impact of inherent bias, social insensitivity, prejudices, and systematic intolerance.
We are very grateful for your continued stewardship of this noble work throughout the region. This is how you "fix" education, as you asked of us with Emerson's funding - you create a positive school culture and climate where character, intrapersonal, and interpersonal skill-building serves as the foundation for all students. We'd first like to take a moment and have you hear from an EJACE participant administrator we think you'll appreciate.
This testimonial would not be possible without your generous EJACE support.

Take a moment and listen to these EJACE observations from three of the regions foremost experts in this work with schools - Michael Barolek, M.S.W, Grace Lee, Ed.D., and Jeremy Mapp, Ed.D..
The 2023-2024 EJACE Cohort included Eight Schools, 24 - 32 school administrators and educators with a combined enrollment of

EJACE Podcast
We were asked to add an EJACE Podcast to our series. We were excited to share in the Podcast Emerson's support of this CharacterPlus program. We hope you'll take a few minutes and give it a listen!
We didn't get in the situation we're in overnight. And so, therefore, we will not get out of the situation that we're in and the things that are challenging us. Anytime soon, but if we can be committed to it for a long period of time, and we can be willing to say that we're going to have gradual change that will work towards justice, I believe that we'll be able to definitely be much closer. I think EJACE allows us to be able to put the steps and the action work to it, to make sure that our individual buildings are working to do the work that they can for their spaces as well.
